3. How to Request a Return

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos if the item is defective or incorrect
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
- Customer bears return shipping costs for personal reasons (size, preference).
- We cover reasonable return shipping costs if the issue is caused by us.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Processing time: 3–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence.
